Service Description
Loaner Program for Commercial Cutters
WALTERS will supply commercial cutters with a loaner ZT while their machine is being serviced if their mower cannot be repaired within 1 HOUR of being dropped off at the store.
Requirements:
Mower must be purchased new from WALTERS.
Customer’s primary source of income must be lawn care/landscape.
Mower must still be under manufacturer warranty and in respectable shape. Signs of obvious abuse or lack of maintenance will void loaner program (no oil, serious impact, etc).
Once the customer is contacted that their mower repair is complete, the mower must be returned by 9 am the following business day. Normal rental fees will apply if returned late.
Mower must be returned in the same condition, including a full tank of fuel. Charges may apply if the mower is excessively dirty, blades bent, or any damages are evident.
Customer is responsible for transportation.
WALTERS stocks a large number of rental commercial ZT & stander mowers. WALTERS will do its best to provide the same type of loaner as the service mower dropped off. There are instances where all loaner mowers are booked. If this is the case, WALTERS will contact customers as soon as a loaner is available.
In the case of backordered parts, Walters will provide a 3-business day loaner max.
The program exists to limit down and is not to be used for routine maintenance.
WALTERS reserves the right to discontinue the loaner program for customers that do not follow the guidelines.
